2005 Nokie's HitchHiker Acoustic 諾奇愛得華的木吉他

HitchHiker 木吉他﹕

是用Santa Cruz 的FS 型號去做的琴頭加上"搭便車"(Hitch Hiker)的手勢, Inlay 和HitchHiker電吉他相同, 全部只生產3把, 1把賣給我, 1把賣給日本人, 1把Nokie留著, 我的是過去幾年Nokie用來錄音CD的那把.

Nokie 在2007年 生日派對音樂會用這把 HitchHiker 木吉他和 Mason Williams 一齊雙演奏名曲“Classical Gas” ( Mason Williams 是原作者). 表演完第二天我就把這把吉他帶回家了。

2005 Nokie's HitchHiker acoustic (Made by Santa Cruz)

Nokie used this HitchHiker Acoustic to record on many of his CD's. This guitar was made by Santa Cruz based on their FS model. I was told by Nokie that only 3 were made. One was sold a while back and the other one is Nokie's backup. I chose this one as it was Nokie's main recording and concert guitar.

2003 Muriel Anderson's parlor guitar

This guitar was handmade by John Croch for Muriel Anderson who had played it during many of her concerts. There are many interesting sea animals inlays on the guitar.

1988 Larrivee C72 Presentation with Unicorn inlay

My Larrivee C78 Presentation "Unicorn" model was made in 1988. (It was made in their Canadian shop before Larrivee moved to the US) The back and sides are East Indian Rosewood, the top is Sitka Spruce, the neck is Honduran Mahogany, the bridge and fingerboard are African Ebony. It has the C-72 body (smaller than their D series) The "Unicorn" inlay by Wendy Larrivee on headstock is absolutely beautiful. This model is no longer available on Larrivee's catalog but can be ordered as production line instrument (Cost about $5500 in 2003)

I heard from the former Larrivee Sales Manager that this particular guitar was used by Neal Schon when he was doing Larrivee Road Show Demostration in late 80's.

I met with Mr. Larrivee in Chicago in 2007. He was kind enough to autograph this guitar me.

Maton 吉他似乎在台灣沒有代理, 也很少人知道, 都沒有人回應我的貼文, 我去查了一下, 好像亞洲只有在新加坡有代理, 其實在美國的代理也非常少, 這家公司有點怪癖, 大店如 Guitar Centers, Sam Ash 或大的網頁行銷公司 Musician;s Friend, Sweet Water 等都不賣, 專挑小小店賣他的東西, 其實Maton 本身在澳洲是相當大的工廠, 也許是家族企業世代相傳, 有點傲氣吧.

我這把是向芝加哥近郊中西部唯一的代理買的, 可惜這家代理股東不合, 不歡而散, 其中的一個股東退股, 分到一些吉他在賣, 我買的價格相當不錯, 可惜沒有原裝吉他盒, 我找了半天去澳洲的代理, 吉他盒工廠去詢問都沒有沒有下文, 最近突然在網上搜尋到在我們隔二個州的俄亥俄一家小店開始代理 Maton 琴. 我去詢問, 總算買到了. 這個吉他盒是英國製作的, 可能運送的方便, 吉他從澳洲來, 盒從英國來, 定價都是吉他和盒子分開, 否則還不好買, 他們願意賣我馬上買下來了(如照片).

吉他盒做的非常堅固, 是飛行托運用的Flight Case, 但又不會太重, 所有扣鈕的設計要比美國(其實加拿大的G&G)高明多了.

我另外有一個軟式內加墊子的盒子, 一般在附近出門攜帶方便.

Maton EBG808TE Tommy Emmanuel 簽名琴

這把是澳洲Maton 公司生產的 Tommy Emmanuel 的簽名琴. 這把在美國要賣$2000--2500, 而且不容易買到.

我是到其他論壇隨便逛逛回復文章的. 提到這把琴, 有一位先生回復說"這把琴現在怎麼這麼貴了? 幾年前才1千多美元", 是否台灣真的有賣這麼便宜, 還是那位先生想到另外一把類似的琴?

我記得菜鋪有位朋友曾經PM給我, 這把是有帶拾音器而且是TE簽名琴, 他以為我在台灣, 問我是否想買? 我記得他說價格不低啊. 我本來想下次回台灣時帶回去賣掉的. 如果像另外一個論壇先生說的只要1千多美元, 我非但不帶, 我還想買一把帶回美國. 這把是在美國還相當搶手呢.

如果有人知道這個吉他型號和市場價格的話, 是否分享一下.

這把琴是用澳洲的實木楓木做的音箱(背,側面), 音色很亮, 彈藍草, 手挑獨奏都很合適.
